باذنجان : في الحديث الموضوع المختلق على رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ‏:‏ ‏(‏الباذنجان لما أكل له‏)‏، وهذا الكلام مما يستقبح نسبته إلى آحاد العقلاء، فضلًا عن الانبياء، وبعد‏:‏ فهو نوعان‏:‏ أبيض وأسود، وفيه خلاف، هل هو بارد أو حار‏؟‏ والصحيح‏:‏ أنه حار، وهو مولد للسوداء والبواسير، والسدد والسرطان والجذام، ويفسد اللون ويسوده، ويضر بنتن الفم، والأبيض منه المستطيل عار من ذلك‏.‏

There is a fake Hadith that states that eggplant materializes the goals anticipated from eating it. This statement is not suitable to be related to Prophets & even to any wise person.

There are two types of eggplants, white & black. There is a difference of opinion on if it is hot or cold in nature, although we think that it is hot. Eggplant causes black bile, piles, clogs, cancer & leprosy. Eggplant also spoils one's skin color, makes it black & creates a bad breath. But white eggplant does not possess these side effects.
